For participating in discussions by leaving comments on

the high quality of all discussions is of utmost importance to us. Such comments represent an essential and highly valuable part of the Ötztal Tourismus hubs. These hubs are meant as platforms for the lively exchange of interesting ideas and opinions.

We don’t want to delete any comments posted on our content hubs! Focusing on an always friendly exchange of ideas in a pleasant atmosphere, we are convinced that all comments posted will be respectful. Therefore comments must not contain material which may be offensive or cause offence on the grounds of an individual’s sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability or working status.

There is no legal right to the publication of a comment.

Our Content Hub Rules:

Related to the Topic:

The comments should always be related to the article’s main topic. The more your comment deviates from the main topic the bigger is the probability that we will delete it.

Respectful Conduct:

Comments must not contain any material that is hateful, fraudulent, unlawful, threatening, harassing or defamatory towards any person or company.

Strict Observance of Laws and Legal Provisions:

You are obliged to adhere to laws and legal provisions when writing a comment. You may not use this blog to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, discrediting, harassing, obscene, threatening or otherwise in violation of the law. We do not accept encouragement of violence on our Content Hubs. By posting a comment you are personally liable for its content. Personal data are passed on to third parties or authorities if we are legally obliged to do so.

No Interruption of Discussions and no Advertising:

Advertisements and contents with promotional character are strictly forbidden, as well as spamming – for instance, posting numerous comments with the same content.

Personal Data:

It is not allowed to publish personal data of third parties (name, address, phone number, etc.) in your comments.

We are very much looking forward to a constructive exchange of opinions as well as fair and respectful treatment towards others. Therefore we can’t wait to read your exciting dialogues. We kindly ask you to refrain from comments that contain spam, advertising, violations of the Austrian Law (e.g. infringements of copyright law, violation of personal rights, etc.). However, we reserve the right to delete comments of this type although we sincerely hope that we don’t have to do so.

We, the authors, are anxious to keep you always up to date with all happenings and highlights in the Ötztal Valley – be it important things to know, news within the holiday destination, fascinating insights or varied other Ötztal highlights.

We try to answer your posts as quickly as possible. It can also happen that we have to do some research on a topic which requires a bit more time. Thank you for your understanding if we don’t answer as normal at lightning speed.
